GN Solids Control just finished the manufacturing of some shale shakers and decanter centrifuges for one large Ukraine customer. Several months ago, GN Solids Control provided the first batch of treating equipment to Ukraine, and these solids control treating equipment are the second batch.
This Ukraine customer has over 16 drilling rigs, when they decided to change new solids control equipment to match their drilling rigs, they have compared many solids control manufacturers and finally choose GN Solids. In this tender, there are more than 30 sets shake shakers or mud cleaners, 30 sets plus decanter centrifuges and 6 sets vacuum degassers, with thousands of successful former equipment that GN provided in more than 70 countries and regions, GN Solids Control finally won this project.
GN Shale shakers are the first phase solids control treating equipment. When fixing different API nos shaker screens, GN shale shakers can eliminate various size drill cuttings. Shaker deck angle can be adjusted from minus 1 degree to 5 degree.
GN mud cleaners are shakers fixed with desander cyclones and desilter cyclones. They are used to treat the slurry discharged from shale shaker. Usually drill cuttings larger than 25 microns can be separated out. GN Solids Control also manufactures shaker screens by ourselves, most of them are composite frame screens which are much more cost effective than traditional metal frame ones. Varieties of replacement screens are also manufactured, such as replacement screens for Mi-Swaco, Fluid System, Brant etc.
GN Decanter Centrifuge is one of the core equipment for finer slurry treating. Solids size more than 2 microns can be separated out by using GN decanter centrifuge. 14inch size, 18inch size and 22 inch size decanter centrifuges are most of the popular used centrifuges in oil and gas solids control as well as waste management area.
In order to provide a short lead time, GN Solids Control has planned to ship all those solids control equipment in 4 times. Now the first shipment centrifuges have been arrived in the work site.
