GN half stock centrifuges:

The most popular model centrifuge is 14inch centrifuge GNLW363CG or GNLW363CG-VFD. The centrifuge is equivalent to Swaco 518 high speed centrifuge or Derrick DE1000 high speed centrifuges.

For now, we only have half stock centrifuge- GNLW363 series. As different countries have different requirement on voltage/frequency, we only need to confirm this question, and order the correct model electrical motors and produce correct electrical control panels.

GN half stock shakers

The most popular shaker for oil drilling is 4 panel shale shakers- GNZS594, which is replacement shaker for Swaco Mongoose.

GN have 4 panel shale shaker, 3 panel shale shaker in half stock. Same issue as the centrifuge, we only need to confirm on voltage/frequcy, and order the correct model electrical motors and produce correct electrical control panels.

Shaker screen is another important part. GN don’t have stock screens. As the screen order should according to the API size and qty. Meanwhile, long time stock screen may cannot show good performance because the damaged rubber or other problems.

We can offer popular replacement shaker screen for Derrick shale shakers, Swaco Mongoose shale shakers, NOV Brandt king cobra shale shaker etc.

Anyway, we recommend client to have their own procedures and plans in advance. As no company can offer the exact correct model right now when the project need. Every company need time to response, to confirm and to produce the equipment. Another, shipping time is must to be put into consideration. If air freight, the cost is much higher, sometimes can be higher than cargo value. If sea freight, the shipping time is longer. Do have your plan on project !
