GN Vertical cuttings dryer replacement to TDU

GN vertical cuttings dryer, as the effective equipment to reduce the oil on cuttings, can work instead of TDU if the local environment policy allow 5% OOC standard. But normally speaking, vertical cuttings dryer is installed at rigsite to recycle the valuable drilling fluids and let it back to active mud system for drilling, and TDU is final treatment of oil based cuttings with lot of harmful chemicals to the land. After treatment of TDU, the OOC can be controlled within 1%, and the ashes can be make into bricks for construction. Strictly speaking, the Vertical cuttings dryer cannot replacement to TDU.
