Classification Vibrating Screen

Widely used in the classification and screening of iron ore, coal, non-ferrous metal ore, building materials, chemical industry and other materials, GN Classification Vibrating Screen adopts advanced design such as finite element analysis and anti-fatigue analysis to ensure the reasonable structure, low energy consumption and large screening and classification capacity of the screening machine.

    Classification Vibrating Screen-Linear Motion

    GN Classification Vibrating Screen is anti corrode and anti wear so it can be used in various working conditions. Screen size can also be customized, and they are all with large processing capacity, high efficiency and stable performance. GN classification vibrating screen is fixed with two vibrators, the screen body moves in a linear direction to drive the screen panel to vibrate synchronously, transmits the force to the materials on the screen panel. The impacted materials are threw up on the screen surface for layering, and graded through the screen opening according to the specified particle size.

    Continuous feeding materials are buffered and input from the feeding trough to the receiving plate, screened and graded through the screen surface. And the materials above and below the screen are discharged into the receiving trough above and below the screen respectively. The inclined angle between the vibrating direction and the horizontal direction can be changed with the materials’ properties change. Running speed of the materials on the screen surface and the processing capacity are both determined by the inclined angle.

    Classification Vibrating Screen-Linear Motion Technical Characteristics & Advantages
