4 Package Workover Drilling Rig Solids Control Equipment Delivered to Indonesia Project

GN Solids Control has successfully delivered four complete packages of solids control equipment for workover drilling rigs to a valued client in Indonesia. This project demonstrates GN's capability in supplying reliable and high-performance mud treatment systems for the oil and gas service industry in Southeast Asia.

Each package is designed to support a workover drilling rig operation, helping maintain drilling fluid quality, reduce equipment wear, and improve operational efficiency. The complete delivery includes:

8 units of GNZS593K shale shakers, which are linear motion shakers engineered for efficient primary solids removal from drilling fluids. With strong vibration strength, large screen area, and simple screen replacement, these shakers ensure optimal performance during workover operations.

4 units of GNZS593K-2S12N mud cleaners, combining both desander and desilter hydrocyclones above the GNZS593K shaker. These integrated units remove medium and fine solids after primary treatment, providing multi-stage solids control within a compact footprint. Their performance is crucial in maintaining drilling mud properties and prolonging mud life.

4 vacuum degassers are also included in the packages. These units are used to remove entrained gases from the drilling mud, preventing potential issues such as gas cut mud and improving the performance of downstream solids control equipment.

Additionally, 8 sets of jet mud mixing hoppers are delivered. These systems are essential for mixing drilling fluid additives such as bentonite and polymers into the drilling mud. They provide quick and consistent mud preparation, which is especially important during workover rig operations.
