A Batch of GNSP20B Solids Vacuum Pumps Ready for Shipment

GN Solids Control has recently completed the manufacturing and final inspection of a batch of GNSP20B Solids Vacuum Pumps, which are now ready for shipment to an overseas customer. The equipment shown in the workshop has completed assembly, functional inspection, and quality control procedures, demonstrating GN’s commitment to reliable solids transfer equipment for demanding industrial applications.

The GNSP20B is a pneumatic solids vacuum pump designed for transferring sludge, drilling waste, solids-laden slurry, and other difficult-to-handle materials. Unlike conventional mechanical pumps, the GN vacuum pump uses compressed air to generate vacuum for material suction and positive pressure for discharge. This design allows the pump to handle high-density and high-solids-content materials while minimizing mechanical wear inside the pump chamber.

 The GNSP20B features a compact and mobile structure, making it convenient for transportation and flexible deployment at different job sites. With a maximum capacity of approximately 20 m³/h and an air consumption of about 8 m³/min, it is well suited for applications where reliable solids transfer and easy operation are required.

 GN Solids Vacuum Pumps are widely used in oilfield drilling waste management, waste pit cleaning, tank-bottom sludge removal, drilling mud transfer, hazardous waste recovery, and the transfer of sand and other solid materials. They can also be integrated with GN solids control and waste management systems, helping operators efficiently move difficult materials to downstream treatment equipment.

 The completion of this batch once again demonstrates GN Solids Control’s manufacturing capability and experience in solids handling technology. With robust construction, pneumatic operation, and flexible mobility, the GNSP20B provides customers with an efficient solution for challenging solids and sludge transfer applications.
