Decanter Centrifuge and High G Dryer Shaker to Africa for Drilling Waste Management

More and more attention was paid to the oil drilling waste cuttings further treatment for the purpose of reovering more valuable drilling fluids and less discharge of polution.The drilling contractors always use the cuttings dryer and decanter centrifuge to achieve that.

Just shortly before, a drilling contact from Africa come to GN for getting the high G dryer shaker and decanter centrifuge. The equipment involved are 4 units GNLW363 series decanter centrifuge and GNZS594 series Hi G dryer shaker. 2 of the decanter centrifuge are fixed speed that is usually used for drilling waste management. Other 2 units are variable frequency drive that the speed is adjustable according to the mud condition.

GN high dryer shaker can used for both the WBM and OBM cuttings drying. Comparing with vertical cuttings dryer that could reduce the liquid content down to 5% for OBM cuttings, the high G dryer shaker make it 20%. The shaker is always shosen for cost saving.
GN new generation High G dryer shaker and vertical cuttings dryer can both treat WBM and OBM drilling cuttings and already proved on field.
