Equipment Sent to Another Municipal Treatment Plant

We recently shipped this sludge dewatering package to an overseas wastewater treatment plant. It is built around our GNLW554 decanter centrifuge and an automated polymer dosing system.

While the centrifuge often receives the most attention, polymer preparation and dosing play an equally important role in system performance. Proper mixing, aging, and dosing can improve cake dryness, reduce polymer consumption, and produce more consistent results as sludge characteristics change.

The most successful dewatering projects are designed as integrated systems rather than collections of individual components. When each piece of equipment is selected to complement the others, operators benefit from improved reliability, lower operating costs, and more predictable performance.
