GN 4 Panel Shale Shaker and Mud Cleaner to South America

GN Solids America just arranged the delivery for 4 unit shale shaker and 1 unit mud cleaner to the customer from South America. Always there is not much time left for the customer to get the equipment after they getting the project. The stock availability make sure the prompt delivery which greately convinced the customer.

The shale shaker involved is GN new design 4 panel screen shale shaker GNZS594 with capacity of 600GPM. The shaker screen installed is interchangable with Mongoose screen, so the customer could get the shaker from GN and use both GN original screen or Mongoose screen that maybe easily to get. By adjusting the vibration force up to 8 G, this 4 panel shaker could used as high G dryer shaker for drilling cuttings waste management.

The mud cleaner is of 1000 GPM with 2 units 10 inch desander cyclone and 12 units 4 inch desilter cyclone. Polyurethane material cyclone ensure the long working time. The under shaker is same model GNZS594, just the screen installed is higher mesh number for fine solids separation.
