This multi-deck stack vibrating screen is designed for wet screening, particle classification and fine material dewatering. Compared with arranging multiple single-deck vibrating screens on site, the five-deck stacked structure provides larger total screening area within a restricted footprint. It effectively saves site space while improving processing capacity and classification precision. Adopting a dual-motor self-synchronous vibration system, the screening machine operates steadily with low power consumption and reduced maintenance workload. Polyurethane screen panels are equipped to extend service life and mitigate screen blinding during continuous heavy-duty running.
To ensure stable performance in overseas harsh working environments, the whole machine undergoes sandblasting and heavy-duty anti-corrosion painting. All surfaces in contact with materials are coated with wear-resistant polyurea to resist abrasive and corrosive slurries for mining, mineral processing and slurry separation applications. Each unit completes full-load factory testing before delivery to secure reliable and consistent performance.
