GN 500GPM is Working Successfully in Middle East

GN Solids Control manufactures various mud systems which can be used in different worksites, such as oil and gas, HDD, CBM or Bored Pill Drilling etc. One sets of compact GN 500 GPM mud system is just finished the assembling and testing in Middle East in the worksite.
This 500 GPM mud system is used for water well drilling for water injection. GN engineers discussed all the details with this client, and provided one customized mud system that can be put on a trailer. GN Solids Control manufactures mud systems including 250 GPM, 500 GPM and 1000 GPM. Standard mud systems can be provided in a short time, while many tailored mud systems are all provided based on customer’s special demands.
GN 500GPM water well mud system is including the following main equipments:
1. GN Shale Shaker
Three panels shaker is used as the first phase separation. Shaker screens are also manufactured by GN Solids Control. With the opening of GN Solids Control, GN will provide more shaker screens to global clients.
2. GN Mud Cleaner
GN mud cleaner is a compact equipment with desander cyclones and desilter cyclones mounted on the top of a shaker. This is also a 2 phase separation: desander separate solids larger than 50 microns while desilter separate solids larger than 25 microns. All the hydro cyclones are made of polyurethane which is pretty wear resistance and can be used for a long time.
3. GN Centrifugal Pump
There are 3 sets centrifugal pumps mounted on the mud tank. 2 sets are used to feeding the desander cyclones and desilter cyclones separately. And the third pump os used to pump the chemicals when matched with the mixing hopper.
4. GN Mud Tank
GN mud tank is designed and manufactured to fit in the standard container for the sake of convenient shipping. All the ladders, guile rails and lights are also equipped in order to have a safe working environment and working conveniently.
