GN Popular 500GPM Mud Recycling System to China No.1 HDD Contractor CPP

GN just delivered 500 GPM mud recycling system to China largest horizontal directional drilling contractor China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau (CPP). CPP has kept placing order to GN for HDD mud system many years. Almost 30 units since their first order.

GN 500 GPM mud recycling system is a very popular model and and so far has been sent to Australia, Singapore, Russia, Middle East, India, Indonesia etc for the project for HDD, CBM.

The basic configuration of GN 500GPM would be 1 unit 3 panels screens shale shaker 1 unit Mud cleane with 1 set 10 inch desander cyclone and 8 sets 4 inch desilter cyclone. 2 units 37kw centriugal pump would be feed the drilling mud to desander and desilter for second and third phase mud cleaning. The customer may request a bigger volume mud tank as per the drilling condition. 1 unit Jet mud mixer unit would be included in the system for adding the bentonite and fully mixing.

For HDD, GN Solids Control would also provide the mud system with capacity 150GPM, 350GPM, 800GPM, 1000GPM and 1500GPM.
