GN 8 Sets Stack Vibrating Screens Ready for Shipment to Domestic Customer

These high-frequency vibrating screens are now ready for shipment and will be used for fine particle classification and slurry dewatering in the mining and industrial sectors.

Each unit of the GND5Z1021 stack vibrating screen is carefully designed and manufactured by GN Separation. The system integrates five layers of screen panels stacked vertically, offering a compact footprint and high throughput capacity. This multi-deck design significantly improves screening efficiency, making it ideal for separating fine particles in industries such as lithium processing, non-metallic minerals, metallurgy, and wastewater treatment.

The screens are equipped with high-frequency motors that generate stable vibration, ensuring precise particle separation. Polyurethane screen panels are used for extended wear life and enhanced performance in abrasive working conditions. The structure is robust, designed to operate continuously under heavy-duty applications while maintaining easy maintenance and minimal downtime.
