As this client is going to use GN cuttings dryer in a very cold environment, GN customized one container so the cuttings dryer can be put inside, where dryers are also protected very well. Onsite operators can use this GN cuttings dryer and keep the cold outside as one air conditioner is also assembled on the container. 

GN Container Type Cuttings Dryer is convenient for move and transport. Customers may put this GN system on a flat bed truck or trailer so treat various cuttings on different worksites. GN Solids Control has provided some similar cuttings treatment systems before. 

GN Cuttings Dryer is especially designed for oil base cuttings and water base cuttings separation. Due to the strict environment protection rules, more and more companies are noticing the importance of using cuttings dryer. 

One cuttings feed pump is also used to feed GN cuttings dryer. GN cuttings feed pump is effectively used in heavy mud transporting and feeding. With a large working pressure, GN cuttings pump feed continuously to the top of the cuttings dryer. Solids or cuttings are separated out from the screen basket as the flights are rotating at the speed of up to 900 rpm.

GN screw conveyor is also used to transfer the cuttings discharged from cuttings dryer. One standard GN collecting box is put under the screw conveyor.
