GN Decanter Centrifuges for African Client
As GN Solids Control is providing more and more cost effective solids control products and drilling waste management systems to global clients, some large clients are coming to GN for large orders.
In the beginning of this year, GN got a large order on decanter centrifuges from one client in Africa. This client is one of the largest oil and gas service companies in Africa, and they provide oil service to most of the drilling rigs there.
At first, they chose to use GN decanter centrifuge for a while. After they were satisfied with the excellent performance and good quality of GN decanter centrifuge, they placed this large order with 2 decanter centrifuges for emergency use.
All the decanter centrifuges they purchased are the model of GNLW363 with fix speed. The treating capacity of this centrifuge is 130 GPM. Rotating speed can be adjusted by using different gears and pulleys including 3200 rpm, 2700 rpm, 2200 rpm and 1800 rpm. GN Solids Control also has VFD speed decanter centrifuge, which speed can be adjusted by control panel easily.
Experienced GN engineers had designed many other decanter centrifuges for different worksite usage. GN has large bowl centrifuge which is 22 inch and baby centrifuge with the bowl diameter of 9 inch.

GNLW554 is mainly used for large solids separation, the treating capacity of this type is 400 GPM. While GN223 is mainly used for core drilling with the fast rotating speed of 3800 rpm or 4500 rpm. Several weeks before, GN provided 10 sets of mini decanter centrifuges to Canada for mine drilling area.
Now GN Solids Control is devoted to develop the America market, with the establishment of GN Solids America LLC, GN is get to known by more and more American clients.

GN Solids America keeps some decanter centrifuges in Houston warehouse, now there are two sets of fixed speed decanter centrifuges and two sets of variable speed decanter centrifuge available.
