GN Decanter Centrifuges for South America Market

GN Solids Control is a leading manufacturer in China who can provide solids control and drilling waste management systems. Now there are over 60 countries clients are using GN solids control equipments and drilling waste management systems.
Most of the oil drilling companies has been suffering the low oil price since the end of last year, which affects the sales amount of the solids control equipments as well. On the other side, GN Solids Control has been selling many drilling waste management systems to Chinese domestic and global market due to the high demands for the OBM or WBM treating. Many clients are using decanter centrifuges and vertical cuttings dryers as well as High-G shakers to treat the drilling mud. 
Just some days before, GN Solids Control shipped six sets decanter centrifuges and forty sets mud agitators to one client in South America. We have been providing many solids control and drilling waste management systems to this client for many years. And they have bought many decanter centrifuges, shale shakers, Hi-G shakers as well as some other solids control including mud guns, mud agitators, and centrifugal pumps from us.

1. GN Decanter Centrifuge: GNLW363CG-VFD
Now GN solids control engineers have upgraded the decanter centrifuges from B version to C version. The new GN centrifuge has much better separating performance and larger treating capacity.
For the six sets decanter centrifuges that we provided to South America, they are all variable speed decanter centrifuges. Rotating speed can be changed easily by the VFD control panel. GN also has fix speed decanter centrifuge for certain material treating, the rotating speed can be changed by using different pulley and belts.

2. GN Mud Agitator
Those forty sets mud agitators can be used for keeping the drilling fluids rotating when assembled on the mud tanks. GN mud agitators have single propeller and double propellers for tanks with different height.
