GN Deliver One Upgrade Solidification Unit for Domestic Client

GN Solids Control has been working on to provide the most cutting edge equipments to global clients. With more and more equipments are provided to over 60 countries, GN Solids Control also pays much attention to the upgrading of the current solids control and drilling waste management equipments as well as develop many new equipments to meet customers’ changing demands. 

GN Solids Control has successfully to design and manufacture the solidification unit, decanter centrifuges, cuttings dryers, mine slurry separating equipments, dredging equipments etc. GN professional engineers always pay great attention to the upgrading our current equipments. Every year, GN engineers are sent to global worksite and offer the after sales service for our clients, many valuable experiences are also gain during the commissioning period. 

Recently, GN Solids Control has delivered another set of solidification unit to one domestic client. Compare with the old version, GN new developed solidification unit can be used for pretty conveniently and efficiently. There are several main parts are improved this time: 

1. Separated working skid: now the feeding hopper and the shearing part are separated on two skids, which enables client move the solidification easily. 

2. Increased volume of the storage boxes. 

There are two storage boxes for cement and chemicals. The increased volume helps to storage more chemicals. And the increased working platform also can help to put more chemicals bags on the top which helps to save the time for loading. 

3. Increased measuring meter. 

In order to work this whole system in a practical way, we fixed some meters on the screw conveyors, which will help to calculate the added chemicals. 

4. Upgraded high shear 

High force shear also help to mix the drilling cuttings and chemicals thoroughly. With the usage of high shear mixer, drilling cuttings can be treated to be environmental friendly.
