GN Drilling Waste Management System for Sichuan Oil Service Company

Nowadays more and more drilling companies pay attention to the environmental protection, so the drilling waste management systems are getting more and more popular. On the other side, the drilling cuttings can be recovered to reuse in the drilling fluids again.

1. GN Cuttings Dryer
GN cuttings dryers are especially designed for OBM, WBM or SBM separating. Now we have the upgrade cutting dryer which rotating speed can reach to 1200 RPM. The separating results are much better than the former version dryer. Variable speed and fix speed is optional based on customer’s working demands.

2. GN Decanter Centrifuge
GN decanter centrifuge is a cost effective product for finer solids separation. In this system, it’s used for separating the fluids that come from cuttings dryer. Decanter centrifuges can also be chosen between variable speed model and fix speed model.
3. GN Mud Tank
GN mud tank is used for storage the solids that come out from cuttings dryer. For B type drilling waste management systems, there’re mud tanks underneath the decanter centrifuge. While global clients prefer the height of centrifuge can be adjustable, so the A type drilling waste management systems are widely used in over abroad market.
