GN Liquid Mud Plant for COSL

Recently, GN Solids Control win the contract for providing the liquid mud plant for COSL (China Oilfield Service Limited) which is one of the largest oilfield service company in the word.

This mud plant is of 10,000 BBLs capacity and is used for offshore rig drilling liquid storage and preparing. So that the mud plant is mainly consisting of mud tanks and the drilling liquid mixing equipment.
A 20-unit 500 BBLs mud tank are involved in this mud plant unit. On every mud tank there are mud agitators to mix the drilling mud for keeping the property, and the mud mixing system is used to add chemicals in to the drilliing mud for preparing. These mud tanks are designed to layout as 2 layers for heavy duty mud application. This mud plant also use one unit variable frequncy drive decanter centrifuge for separating the fine solids in the drilling mud to keep the density of the drilling mud that is requested by the rig drilling working condition.

Besides this unit mud plant, COSL also ordered three sets 1000HP oil drilling rig complete mud system and three sets solids control equipment for 1000HP rig drilling mud system.
