GN Combo Mud Cleaner-GNZJ594E-2S12N

GN mud cleaner combines 10” hydrocyclones, 4” hydrocyclones and a deck with shaker screen to offer liquid and solids separation at a high treating capacity. First of all, drilling fluid is pumped through the hydrocyclones process and subsequently the cleaned liquid is overflowed to clean tank. Underflow fluids and solids are deposited on a shaker screen. The screen exerts a linear motion, producing high G-force that dewaters solids to the discharge end of the screen. The screened liquid goes down a tank that located below deck.
