GN Premix Mud Tank System Effectively Mix all kinds of Mud Additive

Prior to drilling, premix mud tank plays a vital role in the prepare stage. As Maximumly and effectively mix all kinds of fluids, polymer, mud additive is not only save the material and labor cost, but also expedite penetration rate in the downhole.

Two Application of Premix Mud Tank:

1.450bbl is the common volume for one mixing mud tank in the US. We will introduce what kind of GN units install on the premix tank:

(1). Size of mud tank will be the same as the 40’ container 40 ft length 8 ft width and 8 ft height. Sandblast before painting and two epoxy zinc. We apply the international brand anti-abrasive paint

(2). GNJBQ110A mud agitators are mounted on the top of the mixing tank with 15HP motor. The impeller will be 42 inch for the single impeller and 34 inch for the double impeller. The shaft connects with stabilizer which is on the bottom of mud tank. Explosion proof motor assure the safe issues

(3). GN mud is also an important tool for mixing tank. It is mainly suspend all the sediment on the corner or edge of mud tank.

(4).GN Jet mud mixer is including centrifugal pump and hopper. Regarding the 450bbl tank, we suggest GNSLS45A model which combines the 75HP centrifugal pump motor, and 6 inch inlet and 6 inch outlet hopper. GN Jet mud mixer is achieving the properties need for drilling mud such as viscosity for hole cleaning.

2 GN Premix tank is also available for manufacturing facility testing parts for downhole tools and small drilling project. For example, one of our clients require a small premix mud tank for testing their tools, which is about 80 bbl,18 ft long,7ft wide and 4 ft height. The small mixing is also installed with 5HP or 7.5 HP mud agitator and 15HP centrifugal pump with hopper. Regarding to the specific testing requirement, we are also able to provide unique centrifugal pump motor and head of centrifugal pump to meet your goals
