GN Solids Control manufactures various shaker screens, which can be used on GN own shale shakers and also can be used to replace the other size shake screens. From the long run, if you use GN shale shakers, you will also save large investment on the shaker screens. Generally speaking, shaker screens are wearable parts need to be changed every 5 to 7days. And compare with the other brands shaker screen’s unit cost, you will also save greater cost on using GN made screens.
GN Vacuum Degassers are used to eliminate small bubbles in the drilling slurry before feeding into GN desanders or GN desilters. GN Solids Control also provides poor boy degasser which can be used to separate out large bubbles.
All GN made solids control and waste treating equipment are certified by API. GN made shake screens also tested by USA Third Party in order to conform with API RP 13C strictly.
