GN New Designed Equipment: Solidification Unit

The main components of GN solidification unit:
1. Feeding/Collection hopper
All the drilling cuttings or wastes should be feed into the large hopper in the front. There’s one screw conveyor connected directly with the hopper outlet, materials will be feed into the mixer by this screw conveyor.
2. Storage box
Two separated storage box which are used to storage cement and absorber, each material will be feed into the mixer by one separated screw conveyor, too.

3. Shear mixer
The high-shear mixer will mix the drilling cuttings or wastes with the cement and absorber thoroughly. There’re also two liquid inlets in the feeding side, water can chemicals can be added to help mixing the cuttings and wastes. The solidification will be discharged in the outlet, which can be moved easily.
4. Screw conveyor
There’re three screw conveyors in total.
