GN Solids Participated in ITTC 2025 with Tunneling Slurry Treatment System and Decanter Centrifuge

GN Solids Control recently participated in the China International Trenchless Technology Conference & Exhibition (ITTC 2025), showcasing its latest innovations in trenchless and tunneling slurry separation technologies. At this year’s ITTC, GN Solids Control exhibited two of its core products designed specifically for efficient slurry treatment and dewatering in trenchless applications:

GNTBM-360B Slurry Separation System – This system is developed to support tunnel boring operations by effectively separating soil, rock, and other solids from drilling fluids. The system features GN’s high-efficiency double deck shale shaker GNZS1536-2A, which offers a vibration amplitude of 4–8 mm. This robust shaker is engineered to ensure stable performance, strong screening capacity, and excellent separation results, even in complex geological conditions.

GNLW632B Decanter Centrifuge – GN’s large bowl centrifuge is designed to further treat fine solids remaining in the slurry after primary screening. It is ideal for dewatering high-density, high-viscosity slurries, improving mud recycling efficiency and reducing environmental impact. The centrifuge delivers stable, continuous operation and is widely used in municipal, mining, and tunneling applications.
