This package includes three sets of GNLW654-VFD dewatering centrifuges and a 6500L chemical dosing unit, designed to improve sludge dewatering efficiency and help reduce environmental pollution.

At the heart of this system are the three GNLW654-VFD dewatering centrifuges. These advanced centrifuges are equipped with temperature and vibration sensors to ensure optimal performance and prevent mechanical failures. The VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) control system provides precise control over the main motor, auxiliary motor, slurry pump, and dosing metering pump. This flexibility allows operators to adjust the equipment’s speed based on sludge conditions, optimizing the dewatering process for maximum efficiency.

The 4-VFD control cabinet offers separate controls for the centrifuge’s key components, ensuring stable and efficient operation. It manages the main motor, auxiliary motor, slurry pump, and the dosing metering pump, allowing operators to fine-tune each process stage. This advanced control capability helps reduce energy consumption while maintaining consistent performance during the sludge treatment process.

The dewatering centrifuge package also includes a 6500L chemical dosing unit designed for precise flocculant mixing and dosing. The unit is equipped with three screw pumps, which act as dosing metering pumps, delivering accurate amounts of chemicals into the system. By properly conditioning the sludge before it enters the centrifuge, the chemical dosing unit enhances the overall efficiency of the dewatering process.
