Industrial Wastewater System Delivered to Overseas Client

Containerized systems continue to gain traction in municipal and industrial wastewater applications where mobility, rapid deployment, and compact installation footprints are critical. This recently completed GN package was prepared for an overseas sewage treatment project and combines sludge dewatering, polymer preparation, and integrated process control into a modular containerized arrangement.

The system is centered around a GN GNLW364-VFD decanter centrifuge for continuous sludge dewatering, paired with a 2000L polymer dosing unit to improve flocculation efficiency and solids capture performance. The complete package was integrated into two 20-foot containers for simplified transportation, installation, and field commissioning.

Containerized dewatering systems offer several advantages for remote or developing infrastructure projects. Electrical systems, piping, chemical dosing, and process equipment can all be pre-installed and tested prior to shipment, reducing field labor requirements and shortening startup timelines once the equipment arrives onsite.
