One Batch of Screw Press Dewatering Machine and Chemical Dosing Unit Ready for Overseas Customer

GN Solids Controlhas successfully completed the manufacturing and factory testing of one batch of Screw Press Dewatering Machines and Chemical Dosing Units for an overseas customer in the Latin American market. The equipment package is designed for sludge dewatering and wastewater treatment applications in municipal and industrial sectors.

The Screw Press Dewatering Machine is one of GN’s advanced sludge treatment solutions, widely used for reducing sludge volume and minimizing disposal costs. Compared with traditional filter presses and centrifuges, the screw press features low energy consumption, compact structure, automatic operation, and easy maintenance. It is especially suitable for customers seeking stable operation and continuous sludge dewatering performance.

The integrated Chemical Dosing Unit is designed to prepare and inject flocculants automatically before sludge enters the dewatering system. For this project, GN manufactured the equipment according to the customer’s technical requirements and local operating conditions in Latin America. Before shipment, all systems completed strict Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to ensure reliable performance and compliance with project standards.
