GN Shale Shakers & Mud Cleaner

The GN Shale Shakers Model:GNZS594 is designed with High G force up to 8.0 G for primary solids control and also  with adjustable G force for drilling cuttings drying to recovery drilling fluids and reduce the drilling waste.GN high G force shale shaker is designed with 4 Panel shale shaker screen, with total screen area of 29 SF.The pre-tensioned shaker screen designed for fast screen change.The shale shaker bottom deck is made stainless steel for longer service life, and the deck is asjustable by electric motors for easy and reliable operation.

GN mud cleaner GNZS594-2S12N is a removable desander and desilter assembly mounted over the shale shaker, the 2x10inch desander cones and 12x4inch desilters designed to handle drilling mud up to 1000GPM, the hydroclones is made from PU material for protection abrrassion during working for high content solids.
