Stack Sizer Equipment Shipped to Mining Client

We recently completed double-layer stack sizers for a mining client. This machine is built for fine separation where cut accuracy directly impacts recovery and downstream performance. The stacked configuration increases screening area within the same footprint, and the high-frequency vibration improves stratification so the cut point stays where it is supposed to. This type of equipment is typically installed downstream of milling, where classification begins to dictate efficiency across the entire circuit. When screening is inconsistent, the result is higher circulating loads, reduced recovery, and more operator intervention than anyone wants to admit. There is a tendency in the market to treat screening equipment as interchangeable. That does not hold up in fine classification. Differences in design, vibration control, and overall build quality show up quickly in performance, wear life, and maintenance intervals. This unit was built for a client who requires consistency and throughput without compromise.
