The Return of the King: GN for OTC 2015

As one the largest show in oil and gas industry, OTC welcomes thousands of exhibitors and visitors to this show every year. GN Solids Control and GN Solids America have been exhibited in the OTC show since 2011. After so many years’ glorious development, GN is becoming a world famous leader in the solids control and drilling waste management area.
This year, GN has two booths: GN Solids Control exhibited drilling waste management systems (including vertical cuttings dryer and decanter centrifuge); GN Solids America exhibited one mud cleaner. All of these solids control and drilling waste management systems are pretty popular in this year’s show.

GN Cuttings Dryer is especially designed for OBM, WBM treating. According to the survey by Shell worksite, the oil in the solids is around 3.75% after treated by GN dryer. GN exhibited one upgraded dryer in this show, the rotating speed can reach to 1200 RPM which can help to separate much finer solids, and the treating capacity is also much better than the former version.
GN Decanter Centrifuge GNLW363 was also exhibited in the OTC show. The rotating bowl is 14 inch and rotating speed can reach to 3200 rpm. The inner screw propeller is made of duplex stainless steel 2205 by centrifugal casting. And the screw is protected by tungsten carbide tiles which is anti-abrasive. There’re over 100 sets of GNLW363 centrifuges are manufactured in GN factory, some other types are also manufactured for various usage.
GN mud cleaner GNZJ594E-2S12N as well as shaker screens were exhibited at the booth of GN Solids America. As GN Solids America has one warehouse in Houston, many shale shakers, mud cleaners, decanter centrifuges, cuttings dryers and some other spare parts are storage in Houston, which can be arranged for fast delivery. GN engineers in Houston can also be sent out for after sales service.
