1. Decanter centrifuge

Decanter centrifuge is one of the major equipment manufactured by GN Solids Control. The model of the decanter centrifuge under this topic is GNLW363C-VFD with 14” diameter of the rotating bowl. For the past years GN Solids Control delivered many of such decanter centrifuges to customers with outstanding remarks from customer.

• The bowls of GN decanter centrifuges are made of duplex stainless steel SS2304 which is twice as strong as regular stainless steel with better resistance to corrosion and abrasion
• The bowl of GN decanter centrifuge is made by centrifugal casting, mass distribution is much more uniform than traditional casting
• 3 step balancing. Balance is done at low, medium and high speed for the bowl, the conveyor and their assembly for good balance in the whole speed range
• The solids discharge ports of rotating bowl and the discharge ports of conveyor are protected by tungsten carbide inserts to prevent damage to the ports and secure the integrity of both the bowl and the conveyor

2. Cutting dryer

This is a work horse in oil and gas drilling. It uses centrifugal force to collect drilling fluid on the surface of drilling cut. As per field experience, a drilling rig can recover drilling fluid worth of USD 3,000 each day, which greatly improves the economics of drilling operation.
