Two Sets of GN Container-type Cuttings Dryer Systems for Overseas Client

GN Solids Control has successfully completed the manufacturing and delivery of two sets of container-type cuttings dryer systems for an overseas client. These systems are designed to support efficient cuttings management and drilling waste treatment in oil and gas operations, especially in remote or offshore locations where containerized solutions are preferred for easy transportation and installation.

Each container-type system is composed of the following core components, all designed and manufactured by GN Solids Control:

GNCD930G-GP Vertical Cuttings Dryer: This high-performance dryer is used to reduce the oil content on drilling cuttings discharged from shale shakers and mud cleaners. The unit provides effective solids-liquid separation, allowing for the recovery of valuable drilling fluids while minimizing environmental impact.

Storage Tank (1.5m x 2m x 1.2m): This compact tank is integrated into the container layout and is used for collecting and holding recovered fluids before they are pumped back into the active mud system.

Screw Pumps: GN screw pumps are included to transfer recovered fluids and slurry between system components. They are built with wear-resistant materials to ensure reliable operation even under challenging conditions.

Container House: All equipment is installed inside standard-sized containers for convenience, weather protection, and easy transportation. This plug-and-play design significantly reduces onsite installation time.

Screw Conveyors: These are used to transport processed cuttings from the dryer to a collection area or waste bin. GN screw conveyors are known for their robustness and adaptability in solids handling.
